This project aims to document the history of two dynasties of the Rajputana including lineage, important conflicts, and the primary area where they ruled. We chose to focus on Mewar and Marwar specifically because those two regions have been at the heart of Rajasthani history in any major historical era. This project helps educate people about not just the already well-known kings like Maharana Pratap, but also their ancestors and adversaries. The wars section provides information about important conflicts, the location of battles, and the enemies that each king fought against to protect their land. The kings time line shows the two dynasties with their respective kings were the darker the color the longer their reign. Hovering over the bars will give you the their name life span and thier reign's duration. Below that is a brushing tool that will let you select a time range and the bars will adpat to that range.
